Ming Room is one of those Chinese restaurant offering fine dining experience at reasonable prices. It has been around for quite some time and is well known in BSC. They offer not only traditional Dim Sum but Dim Sum with a modern touch to it.

Had a hectic week of project so decided to indulge myself with some good Chinese food. It's hard to find good Chinese food in Melbourne and I would say this is one of the pretty decent ones.
