Beetroot Cure Salmon @ $16 AUD

Was going on a road trip with friends. We decided to have some good breakfast so the girls decided on this. Three Bags Full has been a popular choice for a breakfast/brunch spot. I was excited on trying out this place as my friends had been raving about it.

As expected from its popularity, the place was crowded. Lucky for us we had to wait for just 10 minutes.

There were many sweet delights which caught my attention.

Big Breakfast @ $18 AUD

Poached Eggs, Bacon, Tomato, Spinach, Mushrooms, Cheese Kransky, Relish & Toast. Big Breakfast here was rather average. The Bacon was hard and tough. The mushrooms were decent but not as good as the one you get from Di Bella Coffee Roasting Warehouse.

Florentine @ $14.50 AUD

Scrambled Eggs & Spinach topped on Toast with Hollandaise Sauce. Scrambled Eggs were moist but the texture was off. The one from The Hardware Societe was better. Hollandaise sauce lacked in fragrance and was rather bland. Would be better with more butter added.

Atlantic + Mushrooms @ $18 AUD

Poached Eggs & Smoked Salmon topped on Toast with Hollandaise Sauce and Mushrooms on the side. Smoked Salmons and Poached Eggs were decent. Poached Eggs were runny.

Benedict + Mushrooms @ $18 AUD

Scrambled Eggs & Ham topped on Toast with Hollandaise Sauce and Mushrooms on the side. Ham and Mushrooms were decent but same as the rest, the scrambled eggs were average.

Beetroot Cured Salmon @ $16 AUD

Beetroot Cured Salmon, Avocado, Rocket & Dill Sour Cream and Fritter with Corn, Pea & Fetta. Display was wonderful and appetizing. Cured Salmon was decent with a slight hint of Beetroot taste to it. Ingredients were fresh and the fritter was perfectly cooked.

Cappuccino @ $3.50 AUD

Decent Cappuccino.

Long Black @ $3 AUD

According to my friend, this was rather average.

Chai Tea @ $4 AUD

Chai Tea was decent but lacked in fragrance. There was no kick to it.

Latte @ $3.50 AUD

Decent Latte.

Verdict (Highest-10)

Food: 7 (Food was decent but not great. Drinks were average.)

Service: 6 (There was a long wait for the food due to the crowd. Staffs were friendly and attentive.)

Ambiance: 7 (Place was enjoyable. You do feel that you are in a cafe.)

Overall: 7 (Was expecting more as everyone was raving about it. There are actually better breakfast that you could find elsewhere.)
