Fish Frenzy ★★ $$$$

Classic Kilpatrick Oyster @ $16 AUD (1/2 Dozen)

Tasmania is well known for their fresh seafood, especially oysters. To find out if its true, we came across this restaurant which was actually recommended by the info centre. Not knowing Hobart really well, we had no choice but to find out if its good as they say.

Grilled Salmon on Caesar Salad @ $29 AUD

Grilled Salmon on Caesar Salad. Grilled Salmon was not too bad but could have been better. Dressing was tasty and ingredients were fresh.
Fish Frenzy @ $17 AUD
Two pieces of crumbed fish, scallops, calamari and chips. Batter had a light crisp texture. Wouldn't say the dish is bad but there was nothing special. Just an ordinary dish.
Classic Kilpatrick Oyster @ $16 AUD (1/2 Dozen)
Bacon overload. Bacons were tasty and crispy but it kind of stole the limelight of the oyster which was suppose to be the main ingredient. Oyster was rather small though. As for the sauce, it was salty and sour.

Verdict (Highest-10)
Food: 5.5 (Average seafood. Fresh ingredients but need to work on the cooking.)
Service: 5 (Queue to order. Food came rather slow.)
Ambiance: 6.5 (Neat and clean. Nothing special with the decor. There is a weird wooden shark which is hanging on the wall which gives no help to the decor.)
Overall: 5.5 (Overrated and overpriced)

Price: $25 AUD average per main
