Meringue Monster @ $8.50 AUD

 LuxBite has been the talk of the town lately. Offering a wide varieties of Macaroons which assimilates Asian flavors in it. Came with my sister to celebrate the end of her exams.

 Not only they offer desserts but Breakfast and Brunch as well.

Bright and neat decor. Lighting is comfortable.

 They have many kinds of flavors which are not common and you might not get it from other stores.

 Besides Macaroons, they serve various kinds of desserts which looks delicious.

8 Macaroons @ $16 AUD

Had Kaya Toast, Rose & Lychee, Salted Caramel, Heilala Vanilla Creme Brulee, Sicilian Pistachio, Peanut Butter & Jelly, Watermelon Yoghurt and Strawberry Cream. The texture of the Macaroons were fairly inconsistent. Some were dense and some were airy. Some were crunchy and some were chewy. In terms of flavor, there were some decent ones such as Salted Caramel, Kaya Toast, Creme Brulee, and Watermelon Yogurt. My favorite would be the Salted Caramel as there was a perfect balance between sweetness and saltiness.

Apple iTart @ $7.50 AUD

Tasted rather bland even with the cream. Texture was not desirable as it was rather soft.

Supersized Love @ $8.50

The filling was rich of Ferrero Roche but the crust was rather hard.

Meringue Monster @ $8.50 AUD

Would say the best dessert compared to the rest. The outer layer of Meringue eaten with the Strawberry & Watermelon mousse and White Chocolate Sponge was sensational. Mousse was smooth and was pleasantly sweet. White Chocolate brought out the taste of the mousse which was a plus point. Meringue was smooth and creamy.

Verdict (Highest-10)

Food: 7 (Macaroons were rather disappointing as the texture was inconsistent. However, there were some decent flavors. Besides that, there were other special desserts which were good.)

Service: 7 (Staffs were friendly)

Ambiance: 7 (Comfortable and clean)

Overall: 7.5 (Will come here for the special desserts but not so much on the Macaroons.)
